Varied, rich breakfast, large selection. Beautiful bar with live music. A room of reasonable size.

It's a luxury world-class hotel nestled in an original style building. The room is well presented and brand-new with great views to the park. There is a cheap in-house restaurant, for dinner.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is perfectly adequate if you manage to get a rate around 150 pounds or lower. Any more than that, and there are probably better choices in Mayfair. In general, the hotel is a nice....

On arrival we were served promptly and upgraded to a King size delux room free of charge. Nice clean room with all the facilities expected. Hotel location perfect. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Not much of a view from the room window, bathroom clean but a little tired.

Comfortable and spacy for London. Italian restuarant food was very good and location was superb. Using for business so not did not have opportunity to use any facilities except restuarant and bar.

We checked out the fine parks nearby and enjoyed some local shopping. The super nice team, and our Beautiful King Room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, definitely worth trying!
We did experience some delays with the heating in our room, inconvenient. It took a bit longer to get it sorted than we would have liked.

Great positon, very helpful staff I/we will book to stay again when we are next in London
I did have to change rooms as the first had an interconnecting door, and I could hear the people in the next room but no problem they moved me straight away. I was impressed

We had an amazing time hanging out by the rooftop pool and enjoying the spa facilities . The breakfast spread was great, really hit the spot each morning! Just a heads up, the heating in our room was a bit much at times, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience, so I'd definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway! 😊

The room was spacious and clean, really liked that! The beds were super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. One thing though, there was some street noise that could be annoying at times. I enjoyed the atmosphere and how well everything looked.
